Personal Information Consent

We, Red Stone and Chemistry Insight Ltd, are excited to welcome you to our online market research community (the “community”). To access the community, you will be asked to provide basic information about yourself, and once admitted, you may be invited to share more information (your “personal information”). • A valid email address so we can create a unique user account for you and send you notices about the community.

• Additional identifying information, such as your first and last name, date of birth, location, demographic information and device ID to further identify you, prevent fraud, help us understand the composition of the community and develop a market research analysis.

• Information you volunteer about yourself in response to research questionnaires, prompts or other research stimuli to provide context to your replies and improve the quality of our research.

• Those of our researchers, analysts and agents who need to access your personal information to facilitate our research project and draw conclusions about our research topics.

• Our service providers and their subcontractors who operate the community as needed to operate the community and improve the quality of their services.

We collect personal information in the following ways:

• Directly from you whenever you fill out forms or otherwise enter information into the community.

• From your device when you login and as you access the community.

We will handle your personal information as follows:

• We will not sell your personal information to anyone or disclose your personal information except as set in this Personal Information Consent.

• We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for us to complete our research project, although copies of your personal information may be retained longer if we are required by law to do so or if they are automatically archived in our and our service providers' computer backups.

• Your personal information may be stored in Canada, where it will be accessible to our global workforce as needed to perform their duties. Wherever it is kept, we have ensured measures are in place to safeguard your personal information with appropriate physical, organizational and technical safeguards. Personal information in these jurisdictions will be subject to local laws and may be disclosed to local authorities.

You have the following rights with regard to your personal information:

• You have the right to request copies of the Personal Information we have collected. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

• You have the right to request that we correct any personal information that you believe is inaccurate.

• You have the right to request that we erase your personal information, under certain conditions.

• If you are an EU person, you may have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information, object to processing and/or request your personal information be transferred to another organization under certain conditions.

• We use session cookies to keep you logged into your account and understand how you use our website.
